How do I earn points?
Easy. You can earn points by signing up, referring friends, and making purchases. The points you earn will show up automatically in your account.
I have an auto-order. Can I use my points for this?
I’m afraid not. Rewards points cannot be used with other discounts, and auto-orders count as a discount. However, you will still earn points on your auto-orders, and may apply the points you earn to other products.
How do I redeem my points?
You may redeem your rewards through the loyalty panel. Copy and paste the voucher code at checkout.
How do I view my point balance?
You can see your points through the loyalty panel. We also send you a monthly reminder by email.
I've placed an order, when will I receive my points?
Your points will automatically be added to your account 1 week after purchase.
How long do I have to use my reward points?
Unused points expire after 12 months from the last purchase.
Can I use my points with a discount code?
Reward points cannot be used with other discount codes when making a purchase. You will still earn points on transactions that use a discount code.
What is the maximum number of points I can earn?
There is no limit! The more you buy, the more points you get. Just remember that your points expire after 1 year from your most recent purchase.
Is there a limit to how points I can use at one time?
