Shipping & Delivery
Orders normally ship within one business day of receipt. Exceptions to this schedule may occur on the day following a three-day weekend and during the weeks of the Christmas season. For products shipping from the United States, our fulfillment service operates Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST. Please remember that orders are not processed or shipped out on the weekends.
Our US fulfillment center is situated in the northwest region of Michigans mitten. The address is 807 Airport Access Road, Unit D, Traverse City, MI 49686. Well e-mail an order confirmation to you, including a tracking number. For UK product we ship via Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour, sent from our Fulfilment Centre in Northampton. The address is Ben’s Natural Health Returns, Liluput Road, Northampton NN4 7DT For US product we use USPS Priority Mail 6-10 business days service.
Returns & Replacements
We aim to provide the highest levels of quality and service. If we do make a mistake, please let us know and we will do all we can to put things right. If for any reason you decide you no longer wish to continue taking our supplements you may simply return any unopened bottles to our fulfilment warehouse within 90 days of your purchase. Upon receipt of the bottles we will refund you for any unopened product. You will not be charged a restocking fee, you will receive a full refund, for each unopened bottle, excluding the original postage cost. Please note, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on opened, used or partially used bottles. We are also unable to offer refunds on bottles returned after 90 days from the day of purchase.
Regardless of where your order shipped from, all UK customers can send any unopened bottles or products back to the UK warehouse for a full refund.
